How to Use Snippets in Conversations

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

1. Navigate to your Conversations page.

2. Select the conversation that you want to use.

3. Above the conversation box, select the clipboard icon, which represents snippets.

4. Choose the snippet you want to use from the list.

5. The snippet automatically fills in the information
