How to Hide Shared Lesson Folders in the Portal

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

1. Go to the Lessons page.

2. Find the lesson folder that is currently shared.

3. Click the three dots on the lesson folder card.

4. Select "Share to group."

5. Deselect the group(s) the folder is shared with.

6. Update the settings.

7. Go to the Contacts page.

8. Open the portal view for the contact.

9. Confirm the lesson folder is no longer visible.
