How to Close (& Reopen) a Conversation

Step-by-Step Walkthrough
How to Close a Conversation
Navigate to the Conversations page.
Find the conversation that you want to close.
On the far right of the conversation is a checkmark.
Locate that checkmark and select it.
You've just closed your conversation!
How to Reopen a Conversation
Click on the filter at the top of the Conversations page.
Locate the "Closed Thread" checkbox and select it.
Click "Filter" in the bottom right of the open window.
Now you only see closed threads.
Select the thread that you want to re-open.
On the top of the conversation, you'll see a green button that says Re-Open.
Select that button.
Then on the left column, click the "X" next to the "True" button that says "Closed Threads Only".
You are now only viewing the open threads!
