How to Edit SMS & Email Lesson Alerts

Step-by-Step Walkthrough
This video explains how to edit message alerts for lessons in a campaign.
NOTE: This process is the same whether using workflows or hard start date campaigns.
Navigate to the Campaigns page.
Select a campaign to examine a lesson.
Select a lesson trigger
Scroll down the page until "Alerts" is visible (you can choose to send SMS, emails, or neither)
Scroll further down to edit your SMS message and Email subject/body.
NOTE: if a "release immediately" trigger is used, alerts will not be sent out as these alerts are reliant on the confirmation message being sent to the contacts instead.
To enable message alerts when using a release immediately trigger, scroll to the bottom of the lesson trigger and check the "Force Send Alter" box
