How to Lock the Completion Order in a Campaign

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

This is how you lock a campaign's completion order.

NOTE: This is only for join-by-date campaigns or hard-start-date campaigns.

1. Navigate to Campaigns.

2. Pick your join-by or your hard-start campaign

3. Navigate to Learner Portal.

4. Select the checkbox underneath Lock Completion Order.

What this will do is lock the order of your campaign. Learners who get access to content can't complete a third item until they've completed the items above it.

If you navigate into a portal, you will see "locks" on the top right corner of each lesson. The learner has to complete each one in the order that you have them in your campaign.
