How to Limit Visible Contacts on a Team

Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Navigate to Settings.
Select Teams from the menu.
Pick the team you want to limit the contacts for.
Find the fifth item down labeled Team Contact Group and select Edit Group.
NOTE: By default, all contacts are visible to the team.
Select Add Filter to change which contacts are visible on this team.
Choose a filter.
After setting the filter, only contacts matching your criteria will be visible to the team.
Save the group.
Review the before and after lists to verify the change and confirm your selection.
