How to Require Fields on a Landing Page

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

This is how you require fields on your campaign landing page.

  1. Navigate to the "Campaigns" page

  2. Select the campaign that you want to edit

  3. Navigate to the Landing Page tab.

    From here, notice that the Mobile Phone field is automatically required.

    You can change that by clicking the Mobile Phone field and selecting Required, Optional, or Hidden.

  4. For other fields to require them, simply set the field first.

  5. Then check the "Required" box at the very bottom of the Edit Field page.

  6. Once you've done this, select "Update".

  7. Hit "Save" in the top right corner.

  8. Refresh your landing page.

NOTE: You can tell the field is required because if we try to join without filling in the field value, we will see a notification that that field is required.
