How to Copy a Campaign to Another Team

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

This is how you copy a campaign from one team to another.

Note, you are not moving the campaign, you're simply copying a version of it and adding it to another team.

1. Navigate to your Campaigns page.

2. Select the three dots on the campaign that you want to copy.

3. Select Export (in the video it was named 'Export') and save the file.

4. Now navigate to the new team.

5. From the new team, select Templates on the campaign page.

6. Click on "New Template" in the top right corner.

7. Select Import at the top of the window (pick the file that you exported and upload the file).

8. From here you can create a new campaign by clicking the three dots on the template card.

9. Select Create Campaign.

10. It's best to use the existing lessons instead of creating new lessons simply because this is going to hydrate the campaign with the lessons that are already in the campaign.

Now that you have copied the campaign, it should have all the right content with the exception of contacts. Make sure to navigate to your content, checking your conditions and waits. Be sure to check the lessons to make sure that you're grabbing the right lesson. Also, test this campaign to make sure that everything came through exactly how you wanted.
