How to Close Multiple Conversations at Once
Navigate to the Conversations page.
Hover over the conversation bubble to the left of the card.
Click the check box next to the conversation you want to close.
Select the check mark at the very top of all of the conversations to close the threads.
Be aware that you cannot reopen threads in mass; you have to do them one at a time.
How to Reopen Closed Conversations
Select "add filter."
Select "close threads" in the new window.
Click "filter" at the bottom right.
Find your conversations that you want to reopen.
Select the conversation to reopen it.
Deselect the true option to view all of your open conversations.
