How to Schedule Contact Removal or Archival
Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Navigate to your automations page.
In the top right corner, select "New Automation."
Select the "Create" button on the "Remove/Archive Contact" card.
(Optional) For more details, read the content or watch the video by clicking the question mark at the top of the page next to "Remove/Archive Contact."
Select the group you want to apply this to.
Set your automation start time and determine how you want the automation to run.
Choose whether you want to remove contacts completely (hard delete, cannot be recovered) or archive your contacts (archiving is recommended).
After selecting an option, click "Review" in the top right corner.
The group of people affected will be listed in the center of the page under "Contacts Affected."
Review the details in the center of the page where it says "Remove/Archive Contact."
Once everything is confirmed, select "Launch" in the top right corner.
You will see any live or drafted campaigns on the automations page.
