How to Schedule Updating a Contact Profile

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

  1. Navigate to the Automations page.

  2. In the top right corner, select "New Automation."

  3. Scroll down to "Update a Contact Profile" and click the "Create" button

  4. If you want to understand how this works, watch the video by clicking the question mark at the top of the page next to "Update a Contact Profile."

  5. Pick the group you want to affect.

  6. Set when the automation will start and choose how the automation will run.

  7. Set your contact updates or field values by selecting the gear icon on the field value card.

  8. Pick the field you want to update.

  9. Set the new value for that field.

  10. After your fields look correct, select "Update."

  11. In the top right corner, select "Review."

  12. You'll see a list of people that are being affected underneath "Contacts Affected," and you'll see when your automation starts underneath "Update a Contact Profile."

  13. Once you've confirmed everything, select "Launch" in the top right corner.

  14. All automations will be visible on this page.
