How to Schedule an SMS Text
Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Navigate to the Automations page in your ConveYour workspace.
In the upper-right corner, click New Automation.
On the automation gallery, find the Send Text Message card and click the blue Create button.
(Optional) Watch the Help Video by clicking the ? beside Send Text Message to watch a short how-it-works video.
Pick the audience (group) that should receive the SMS.
Tip: If you’re just testing, choose a group with no contacts.
Specify when the automation should begin (date and time).
Choose how often the automation should run—once, daily, weekly, etc.
Type your SMS content in the Message Body field.
Click Review in the upper-right corner.
Contacts Affected — confirms who will get the text.
Message Preview — shows exactly what will be sent.
If everything looks correct, hit Launch (top right) to activate the automation.
Your new SMS automation appears in the Automations list with a “Live” status.
