How to Invite a New User

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

This is how you add a new user

  1. Navigate to the Settings page

  2. Select "Users" on the settings menu

  3. Select "New User" in the top right corner.

  4. Enter the information for your user

  5. Set the role, time zone, and team.
    If you're creating a guest user, you have to pick a team. If you are setting an admin user, you don't.

  6. Select "Invite" in the top right corner.

This user will be notified about their invitation and if they have not activated their account, you will see the yellow not activated button. In order to re-invite them, select the envelope on the far left of the user's information.
