How to Search Conversations

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

The search feature allows for finding messages by either the contact OR by the content.

1. Navigate to the Conversations page.

2. Locate the magnifying glass icon positioned at the top of the conversations.

3. Select the magnifying glass to initiate the search function.

To find messages by contact:

1. Type the contact's name in the search bar.

2. The results will display the contact along with the relevant thread.

To find messages by content:

1. Type the desired word or phrase in the search bar.

2. The search will retrieve threads containing the specified text.
