How to Set Up Contact Relationships

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

If you don't see anything when you navigate to Contacts>Relationships and select Relationship Type, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings.

  2. Select Fields.

  3. Click on the green "New Field" button in the top right corner.

  4. Add a label for the relationship (e.g., "Recruited by" or "Manager").

  5. Set the type to be a Related Contact.

  6. Click "Create" at the bottom of the window.

  7. Navigate back to Contacts.

  8. Select Relationships.

  9. Click Relationship Type to see the value populate.
