How to Set Up Contact Relationships
How do I set up fields for my org chart? How come I cannot see a Relationship Type on Contact Relationships? I get a message saying there is no relationship type in Contact Relationships.
Step-by-Step Walkthrough
If you don't see anything when you navigate to Contacts>Relationships and select Relationship Type, follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings.
Select Fields.
Click on the green "New Field" button in the top right corner.
Add a label for the relationship (e.g., "Recruited by" or "Manager").
Set the type to be a Related Contact.

Navigate back to Contacts.
Select Relationships.
Click Relationship Type to see the value populate.
