How to Send SMS Texts to a Contact

Send One Contact an SMS Text

1. Navigate to "Contacts."

2. Select the desired contact.

3. Click on the chat bubble icon.

4. Type your message.

5. Hold the "Shift" key and press "Enter" to send the message, or click the "Send" button, or choose "Send and Close."

Send a Group of Contacts an SMS Text

1. Navigate to "Groups."

2. Click on the three dots on the Group card (menu icon).

3. Select "Text Group."

4. Add the desired message.

5. Click "Send" to transmit the group text.

Automate a Group SMS Text

1. Navigate to "Automations."

2. Click on "New Automation" in the top right corner.

3. Select “Send Text Message” automation

4. Set up the automation for your messages as needed.
