How to Start a New Conversation

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

  1. Navigate to your Conversations page.

  2. In the top right corner, click "New Conversation".

  3. Search for (and find) your contact.

  4. Select your contact by clicking "Select Contact" in the bottom right of the window.

Now you can send a message to your contact!
