The More Menu
The More section in ConveYour currently provides two primary options for managing a campaign:
Stop Campaign – Temporarily removes access but retains all data.
Delete Campaign – Permanently removes the campaign and all associated data.
Stopping a Campaign (Temporarily Disable Access)
Navigate to Main Menu > Campaigns and select or create your Campaign.
Navigate to the More menu.

Click "Stop Campaign".
The campaign will be removed from learner portals but all content, lessons, and messaging remain intact.
Best for:
Pausing a campaign while reviewing content.
Temporarily restricting access without losing data.
Deleting a Campaign (Permanent Removal)
Navigate to Main Menu > Campaigns and select or create your Campaign.
Navigate to the More menu.
Select "Delete Campaign".
Confirm deletion—this action cannot be undone.
Important Considerations:
Deleting a campaign will:
Remove all lessons and content.
Erase participant progress and stats.
Permanently delete all campaign data.
Best for:
Removing outdated campaigns with discontinued content.
Clearing up space and eliminating inactive courses.
