The More Menu

The More section in ConveYour currently provides two primary options for managing a campaign:

1. Stop Campaign – Temporarily removes access but retains all data.

2. Delete Campaign – Permanently removes the campaign and all associated data.

Stopping a Campaign (Temporarily Disable Access)

• Navigate to Main Menu > Campaigns and select or create your Campaign.

• Navigate to the More menu.

• Click "Stop Campaign".

• The campaign will be removed from learner portals but all content, lessons, and messaging remain intact.

Best for:

• Pausing a campaign while reviewing content.

• Temporarily restricting access without losing data.

Deleting a Campaign (Permanent Removal)

• Navigate to Main Menu > Campaigns and select or create your Campaign.

• Navigate to the More menu.

• Select "Delete Campaign".

• Confirm deletion—this action cannot be undone.

Important Considerations:

Deleting a campaign will:

• Remove all lessons and content.

• Erase participant progress and stats.

• Permanently delete all campaign data.

Best for:

• Removing outdated campaigns with discontinued content.

• Clearing up space and eliminating inactive courses.
