What Is a Condition? (and What Does a Condition Do?)

Conditions allow you to determine which path a contact will be directed down based on events, activities, or fields.

In order to set up a condition, you will need to understand how Groups work. You will also need to understand:

  1. What must be true about your contact prior to progressing, and

  2. What the next step is for your contacts when they meet (or don't meet) your desired condition.
