This is a quick overview of what a jump trigger does in a workflow. It answers the question: How does a jump work?

What Is a Jump? (and What Does a Jump Do?)

Jumps allow you to redirect or skip a contact to another trigger they have NOT been to yet.

In order to set up a jump, you will need to know where you want them to land.

There are a few notes about Jumps:

  1. Jumps do not reset completed triggers (but this is scheduled to change in 2025)

  2. You cannot Jump to a Wait, a Condition, or a Delay.

  3. If you have selected a landing place, hovering over your Jump will show a blue arrow over the selected trigger (see the arrow on the top left corner of the "Do this" lesson in the image below)
