What Are Monthly Active Learners (MAL)?

Monthly Active Learners (MAL) are the unique contacts who engage with the ConveYour learner portal each month. This helps organizations track engagement and measure platform effectiveness. The number of Monthly Active Users is a measurable count that ConveYour uses to gauge the right plan for your organization. 

Key Points:

• Each learner is counted only once per month.

• Learners must complete an action such as completing or starting a lesson or finishing a campaign, to be counted.

• MAL data is refreshed every month to show participation trends.

Reporting on MAL

Organizations can use the "Leaner Count By Month" Report to track MAL data.

Accessing the MAL Report:

1. Go to the Reports Tab.

2. Click on the "Learner Count By Month" Report under the Admin Category.

3. Download reports in a .csv file for your records by clicking on the "Export" button.

Key Metrics:

• Total MAL: Number of unique learners active in a month.

• Trends: Changes in MAL over time.
