How to Automate Your Processes With ConveYour's Zapier Integration

Zapier is a process automation tool that works wonderfully with ConveYour. Lots of our customers get extra value from this integration. Here are just a few examples:

  • Pull new hire information from HR database into ConveYour to start their onboarding course

  • Push new ConveYour course registrants into Mailchimp, GetDrip.com, AWeber, InfusionSoft, etc.

Connecting ConveYour to Zapier

1. Go to Settings > Integrations, click on Zapier.

2. Find App Key and Token, click on "Click here to get access" to get started.

3. Copy and paste the App Key and Token when prompted in Zapier.

4. You will see a page like this once you click on the "click here to get access" link. This lets Zapier know you want to connect with ConveYour.

...and that's it! After completing those four steps, your Zapier account will be enabled to execute automations within ConveYour. With these two tools integrated together, you'll be recruiting, training, and retaining your reps like never before!
