Use Cases
Video Uploads are used to assess a presenter. It allows presenters to upload a video when they're available, and "coaches" to review and rate the content on their timeframe.
How to Set Up Video Uploads
Navigate to Lessons and create a new lesson.
Select the "Pulsing" category in your lesson menu.
Drag and Drop the "Video Upload" lesson type.
Review (and add) the "Competencies" you will rate your presenter on.
Select the Reviewing Users.
Add and release this lesson to a Campaign or a Shared Lessons Folder.
(Step 6 is not shown in the video)
What Your Contact Sees
Check out this quick video highlighting a rep being asked to upload a presentation.
Before asking for a video from your contacts, it's best to tell them what you expect (maybe include a video of a good presentation).
How You Review the Presentation
Here's a quick video showing what the "Coach" does to rate and review an uploaded video.
Your reviewers will receive an email notifying them of a submitted video.
(You can also access the video and review/rate it from inside your ConveYour account)The email will contain a link navigating to the review page.
Once your reviewer rates and comments on the video, the contact will receive an email notification.
IT'S THAT EASY!
